The most recent website design is, of course,
the one you're looking at right now. The idea here was to
create something that was at once both sleek and sharp. A
clean, professional looking design that combined the
feeling of Dragonflight with something that said to
individual to the person looking at it. It's accomplished both aims, really, and I couldn't be happier with it. Making a contained "pop-up window" site also appealed to me, because these things aren't exactly common across the internet, and I've always had a soft spot for them. They also eliminate the resolution problem that some sites suffer from; namely that people forget that not every views the internet at 1024x768, and so leave a huge space of nothingness at anything beyond that width. It's also the second website that I played with Photoshop Brushes in, which you can see in the background here, the cloud banner above, and even in the rollover text menu. It's also entirely HTML, with some JavaScript here and there to make the rollover work. |
